These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RENTBRiG platform, operated by RENTBRiG as part of the PREBBiE Group. Our mission is to provide secure, transparent, and sustainable housing solutions these Terms reflect that commitment.
By accessing or using RENTBRiG's platform and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and property applicants.
RENTBRiG provides a digital platform that connects prospective tenants with rental properties across Ghana. Our services include property listings, application processing, tenancy management, and fintech-powered monthly payment facilitation all designed to make renting transparent and accessible.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. RENTBRiG reserves the right to suspend accounts found to provide false information.
Monthly rental payments are due on the agreed date each month. Payments are accepted via bank transfer and mobile money. Late payments may attract a fee as specified in your tenancy agreement. No security deposit is required one of the core advantages of the RENTBRiG model. All payment records are maintained securely on the platform.
Properties accessed through RENTBRiG are for residential use only. You must comply with all building rules, maintain the property in good condition, report any damage within 24 hours, and allow reasonable access for authorised maintenance. Smoking, subletting without written permission, and commercial activity are prohibited.
You may end your tenancy by providing 30 days written notice through the platform. No penalty applies for cancellations made with proper notice. RENTBRiG may terminate access to the platform for users who breach these terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or property owners.
All content on the RENTBRiG platform including the brand name, logo, design, text, and software is the intellectual property of RENTBRiG and the PREBBiE Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
RENTBRiG facilitates connections between tenants and property owners but is not a party to individual tenancy agreements. We are not liable for property conditions beyond our control, disputes between tenants and owners, or losses resulting from force majeure events. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the month the issue arose.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall first be addressed through mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Ghanaian courts. We are committed to fair and transparent resolution in line with our EXCITE values.
